Importance of Diet in Weight Training

In the fitness industry the term "bulking"is used to describe gaining weight by maximizing food intake in order to get big and strong. So the goal is to gain a lot of weight usually lasting 6 to 8 months and slowing cut of the weight to achieve a muscular stronger physique. Most men go about this the wrong way by eating junk food and whatever food they can get hold of in order to reach their goal. But it is a healthier way to bulk which is termed lean bulking by increasing your food intake while eating healthy. So basically gaining the weight by eating healthy not by eating junk food. A lot of guys end up not fully getting all that weight off during cutting season due to the excess unhealthy fat they have put on during those months. Lean bulking makes it easier to cut the weight off and it's safer. Most people tend to eat

Chinese food and MacDonald's to gain weight but we all know the dangers that these kinds of food has on the body.
