How to lose weight: Diet and training plans

Most people aren't experts when it comes to the world of diet and exercise. We here are Menefits aren't, we are trying things, groping in the dark just like anyone else, but we have had some positive experiences thanks to those that are experts.

Meet Hudson (right) and Brandon (left) White. These two brothers on a mission to help the world gain a better understanding of food and fitness. They are aptly called The B.U.F.F. Dudes.
Don't let appearances fool you, the brothers seem intimidating from their pictures, but they are actually just two goofy dudes that happened to be built like Greek gods. If you have seen any of their content before it was most likely their widely popular, "Gym Wildlife," video which after two years on Youtube has 28 million views.
These brothers like to have fun and laughs while also giving their viewers the tips and tools in order to sculpt and maintain the physique of their dreams. Their video content covers everything from individual workout tutorials, to full on routines, recipe ideas, as well as comedy sketches like the one above and just bits of their lives.
One of the great things about these two is that they and their content is approachable. For many people nerves are the reason they don't hit they gym. Either not knowing what to do, feeling self conscious about weight, or intimidated by some of the more experienced gym goers, the mind tends to be a reason a person doesn't get started. The same can be said for online workout gurus. Far too many come on way too strong and way to intense for the vast majority of people to get into their content. The B.U.F.F. Dudes skirt this issue by making themselves friendly and approachable. They make a lot of content geared toward the gym beginner as well as the gym savant. They even give out their workout secrets for free.

I am currently embarking on the Dude's newest cutting plan, and have purchased the book, but for those lifting on a budget fear not because their plans are available for free as well! Not only do their workout plans include a full 12 weeks of workouts, many of them have videos to accompany them if there are any questions. These plans also include meal plans and tips for getting the perfect workout diet.
For beginners and long time gym fans alike, The B.U.F.F. Dudes are worth checking out. If you are looking for a fun and encouraging way to lose weight the Dudes are a good place to start.
